1958, Changlin was established

1961, Changzhou Forestry Machinery Works, the predecessor of Changlin, was established.

1975, Changlin R&D her first wheel loader;

1970's, Changlin was the first manufacturer for log clamp equipped in wheel loader in the line

1982, Changlin manufactured the first road roller

1986, Changlin manufactured the first cooperative WA300-1 with Komastu Japan

1990, Changlin re-built the longest assembly line for wheel loader in China

1996, Changlin established a joint venture with Komastu.〔 Changzhou Komatsu Co., Ltd 〕

1996, Changlin established a joint venture with Hyundai.〔 Changzhou Hyundai Co.,Ltd 〕

1996, Changlin went public and registered in Shanghai Stock Exchange.

1996, Changlin manufactured the first motor grader PY190A

2002, Changlin Construction Machinery Group established (Changlin Group for short).

2002, Changlin developed the first backhoe loader

2004, Changlin established the first overseas joint venture in Malaysia.

2004, Changlin established second joint venture with Hyundai〔 Hyundai (Jiangsu) Co.,Ltd 〕

2008, Changlin purchased a new area in the Hi-new Tech Area for the programming and building of new factory

2009, the new factory is under construction and will be completed in 2011.
